What ages are the parties designed for?
The packages are built for ages 5–12, and they adapt well for teens. Younger siblings can usually join with a shortened service — just mention the age range in your inquiry and we'll shape the activities around it.
How long does a party last?
Most parties last approximately two hours. The exact timing may vary based on the package and number of kids.
What do parents need to provide?
You provide adequate tables, chairs, and the party space, and everything else needed for the spa-party experience — manicure stations, mirrors, products, activity materials, linens, and setup supplies — arrives with the professional team.
Are the products appropriate for children?
Yes. Everything used is non-toxic, mess-conscious and safe for sensitive skin, and all nail services are performed by licensed technicians. Let us know about any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so the product lineup can be adjusted.
How much space is needed?
A table, plus seating for the kids and the nail technicians, is usually enough — apartments, function rooms, and finished basements all work well. If you're unsure, send a photo of the space with your inquiry.
Do you travel to my town?
Her spa party can travel to homes and venues throughout Massachusetts, including Greater Boston, the North Shore, the South Shore, MetroWest, Central Massachusetts (Worcester County), Western Massachusetts, and the Berkshires. Send your party location, and any applicable travel fee will be included in your proposal.
What is included in the packages?
Every package includes a manicure for each child, a licensed nail technician, complete setup and cleanup, and all products and supplies. How much does a kids spa party cost in Massachusetts?
Packages start at $350 for the Petite Retreat, $575 for Little Luxe (our most popular), and $675 for the Signature Spa Party — each includes up to six kids, including the birthday child. Additional children, gel polish upgrades, and travel are quoted separately so you receive a fully itemized price before booking.
Are tables and chairs required?
Yes — you provide the tables, chairs, and party space, and everything else needed to run the spa experience — manicure stations, mirrors, and activity supplies — arrives with the team.
Can additional children be added?
Yes. Additional children can be added at a per-child rate that varies by package. Groups of 7 or more require an additional nail technician, and groups of 11 or more require a second event host — both are included in your itemized quote.
When is the final guest count due?
Your final number of kids is needed as early as possible and always before the party, since staffing and your itemized quote depend on the total count, including the birthday child.
How do deposits and final payments work?
A non-refundable deposit and signed contract reserve your date and your team, with the remaining balance due before the party.
